My Travel Story

This is an awesome opportunity for us to go serve the community of Sarchi! We will be doing the following types of mission work to be the hands and feet of Christ: working with kids in the school, sharing Bible stories at the after school program, working with participants of the drug rehab program, and doing some work to help fix up the school.

Going on this trip is an opportunity to experience sustainable mission work. The money that we raise will go back to the local economy of Sarchi. The food and supplies we buy will be from local marts. We have a guide and a person to prepare our food that we are giving them a stipend for their help. And this is important because the money is not going to the participants, but to the area we are going to serve. So not only can we go and show our love, but we can help their economy.
