On this 3 month trip to Suva, Fiji, I will assist in providing immediate and tangible benefits to the community by constructing and renovating schools and libraries that the people simply cannot afford to fund. The work will be difficult and long but worthwhile- rest assured, IVHQ is not a supplier of the "almost-tourism" charity that it seems many organizations offer. IVHQ partners with home-grown, in-country charities that ensure everything possible is being done to get the most help from contributions.

Traveling and helping other human beings is something that means the world to me and that I plan to devote a large part of my life to. This isn't simply a "one-off" journey- I plan to do many similar projects in different countries. I feel that this trip would be perfect in introducing me to this amazing and worthwhile field of work and allowing me to do a great deal of good right at the start, while experiencing the beautiful people and culture that Fiji has to offer.
