Volunteer Trip

In September 2019 I am going on a 4 week trip with SLV global to volunteer in Sri Lanka, helping children and adults in various institutions such as hospitals and schools to aid positive mental health. Activities are focused around psychological concepts as well as helping with other less available help such as teaching English.
