My Travel Story

Twenty years ago I met a special girl at highschool and I fell in love...

One year later we started dating and sworn eternal love, ten years after that we got married and this year, on Valentine's day, I surprised her with a tenth anniversary trip to the eternal city of Rome, planned for the 23rd-25th may.

But she is reluctant to go because we have never left our our son and daughter before and the trip would still be a little expensive.

The collected funds would be used to pay the flights, airport transfers, a couple of nights at a local accommodation, meals, tourist passes for some sightseeing, a surprise gift and other minor costs.

But as we prepare to leave our children for a couple of days for the first time, I believe that we should also make a difference supporting kids that are lacking a caring family or fighting against terrible diseases. So, all donations above the estimated goal will be shared with two charity organizations: one at our home city of Matosinhos, Portugal (Casa do Caminho, devoted to sheltering children at risk), and the other in Rome (Peter Pan Onlus, devoted to helping young children suffering with cancer).

So I turn to you: please help me take my eternal love to the eternal city... and make those kids eternally grateful!!!
