Seizing this window of opportunity to travel to Costa Rica will enable me to expand my educational experience & cultural exposure through community integration. I hope to gain authentic information from my surroundings, and acquire knowledge from from individuals that are masters of an environment & lifestyle that is initially foreign to what I am accustomed to. Despite differences that appear across cultures, I believe that people can learn things from one another that they will never learn in a classroom or book.
