Hi there! :) My name is Corinne Lanthemann and I come from Switzerland. I am currently studying German and English literature and linguistics at the university in Bern. In order to continue my studies, I need to go on an internship abroad for 6 months.

I would love to use this golden opportunity to volunteer as a German teacher in local and language schools. Both my University and several schools abroad have given me the green light, after some positive interviews with different schools. 

This once in a lifetime opportunity will help me grow as a person, as I will spend my time helping people abroad learn. Additionally It would be a great experience for my professional future! Such a great opportunity comes at a cost. Because of the difficult visa regulations in the U.S. I am not allowed to earn money during my stay.

Sharing my knowledge about languages with people abroad has been a dream for years, the only thing that's holding me down is my current financial situation. And that is why I am asking for some help.
I've always wanted to live and work in a big city and now I finally have the chance!
