Katherine and Matt have been socialized in the West for now 26 plus years. The East now awaits both Katherine and Matt.

In an effort to further their socilaization and global understanding in a modern world Katherine and Matt have decided to expand their horizons and look beyond the borders of Western Civilization.
We look to bring back the good ways of the East to Texas and teach the people of the East the good ways of Texans.

No longer will Tacos, burgers, and chicken fried steak be staples of our diet. No longer will ESPN, the E Channel, and Bravo dominate our TV set.

After our trip to the East, we hope to discover a world of Yoga, Rice, and meditation. 

You maybe asking yourself, what value does Matt and Katherine's trip bring to you personally?

Well my friends no longer will you have to put up with the ignorance of Matt and his lack of cultural knowledge in relation specifically to the people of Asia. No longer will you have to put up with his complaints when a restaurant outside the realm of Burgers and Pizza is picked. We promise to pass the good ways of the people of the East on to everybody we interact with upon our return.
