My Travel Story

In 6 years would i every thought i could do this BUT I have as a mother of a disability and complex child with many different issues and has had many illness in 5 years, Is my YEAR TO DO SOMETHING FOR ME. iM NOT JUST going on any relaxing hoilday is a trip to volunteer to help special needs Kids like my thomas. 
KELS is Heading to KENYA for 4 weeks in november 2016 is gonna be a trip off a life time for me.
  I'm personal carer for the elderly/ disability for 16 years, i have trained and recieved acheviement in Enrolled nursing in 2010, i had my second child, he has had many challenges/ illness and health humps to overcome, it hasnt been easy, but as the mother i am, I have been right by his side, with every appointment, surgery, every tube feed he had, every hospital stay HE had weather it was 1 night or a week or two. 

TJ illness he had (2010 - 20160, E.g, Kidney stones, consptipation, MRI scan, Whopping cough. The thephy we have and are attending due to lower mucsal tone, speech thephy sessions to encouge to talk and communcate properly with us. due to his UNKNOWN digagioes, i have not been able to work due to being    MR TJ full-time carer/ mother,  TJ didnt start to crawl or walk till he was about 4 years old. 6 months later after her started to walk TJ broken his leg in two stops which stop alot of his thephy and had to take a break to look after his leg for 8 weeks. and now walking and at his first year of primary school. For the reason 2016 is my year to do something for myself so i decided to go on a special hoilday overseas so i decied to go with IQ volunteer program to help other less forture kids like TJ, I want to help and fundrasie for equirment and funds for the kids in keyna, In australia we get assisantance and funding by different disability angecy and the govement, hosptials.
, The kids and parents in KEYNA dont get this kind off support,  i would love to rasie funds for more equirement that the kids can use and to communticate or even support them to walk like my TJ.
