My name is Daniel McGowan and I am 26 years old. I am a graduate of Penn Foster High School of Brunswick Job Corp Branch in Georiga in the United States. I am currently unemployed and is searching for a job or studying overseas. 
Why traveling is important to me in my life is because all of my life I wanted to experience what it feels to live, volunteer, and work aboard in different countries. I want to go out and see the world and to fulfill my dreams of working or being able to study abroad. How I plan on using the scholarship is to go and to pursue my dream of working and studying in Japan. I want to learn their languages and culture in any way. I want to achieve an internship and to be able to work and to live in a good environment. I hope that with GoAbroad, I will be able to finally venture out on my own and to live a life that I always wanted to do.
