My Travel Story

This placement involves going to Sri Lanka for 5 weeks to teach children English and support children with special needs and learning difficulties. This is really important to me as I believe that all children have the right to an education, which is why I want to become a teacher! 
During my 5 weeks in Sri Lanka I will be staying with a host family which is great for me as I can immerse myself in the culture and is great for them as they otherwise wouldn't necessarily have the chance to meet people from other cultures, it can also help them financially.
