South American hitchhiker dream
My Travel Story
First of all, let me introduce myself. Who am I? I am a traveler, hitchhiker, architecture student, artist and what’s the most important a dreamer! I started traveling when I was 17, I’ve been in pretty much all European countries as well as some in Asia or Africa. Usually I travel cheap, I hitchhike or use public transportation, I sleep in a tent or hammock and enjoy every second of all journeys. But this time I’m going to need some fund-help to achieve my goal.
The dream about traveling through South America came totally unexpectedly, but as I was going to next and next meetings about this continent, about people living there, about the overwhelming happiness I felt unquestionably and irremediably in love!
How will I get there?
I would like to start my journey right from my doorstep, hitchhike from Warsaw all the way up to Gibraltar, then catch a yacht to Canaries then to Caribbean, sail to Mexico and go all the way down through the South American paradise ❤️
How long will it last?
I will take a break at my uni, so I pretty much have no time limits, maybe one year maybe three, we’ll see!
Who will I travel with?
I want to travel alone. For the first time! Just take my backpack, sketchbook and camera and just go into the wild.
Where do I get the money from?
At first from you guys and also I have some money to begin, then I would like to find a job there as well as participate in many volunteer works, but in case of any fuckup I always have my sketchbook to sell my sketches! - Worked in Paris so will work in Brazil ;)
I’m raising funds for food, eventual hostel stays or things like buying a bike or public transport. I surely will not take any flight or pay for any part of my trip between cities, that’s my main rule - to rely on the kindness of strangers :)
If anyone would like to know how my journey is going I’ll start a blog and put a link here, I mean well... if I collect enough money, so please guys, help me fulfill my dreams :)
