My Travel Story

My name is Nikita, I'm 20 and I've spent all my life at my homecountry Russia. Ever since I began to learn English I've wanted to visit USA. After I started watching american tv-series I've been wondering whether life in USA really differs that much from our daily routine. Now I really have a chance to spend 4 months at USA working there, learning how to live, and eventually, travelling across the country. Since I'm a student, I want to create a blog and do a little research on how average student's life in USA and Russia differs. From my point of view, that period of time between graduating from school and actually starting career is really the best time: you have plenty of time, energy, opportunities and every door is opened before you. But the more I learn about life in USA, the more I realize, that our cointries are completely different and have almost nothing in common, that by living in Russia you sentence yourself to miss a whole lot of experiences. Some of my friends and acquintances have already been to America and shared a lot stuff they've been up to there, and I am desperate to get there too check out everything they told me about and  prove I can do better.
Now I'am at my thirdyear at university, so I've seen some stuff and know what to focus on while comparing such things as scholarship (or salary), dorms and apartments, common activities, public rights, mentality, views on whole lot of things that matter.
