My Travel Story

I am so excited to study abroad in Barcelona in the Spring of 2018! I have never been out of the United States before so this will truly be a life changing experience. Currently, I am studying international business and marketing at the Univeristy of Tampa with a minor in Spanish. I am excited to be able to take both business and Spanish classes whle abroad. Studying abroad will help me to gain a much better understanding of how businesses operate in different cultures, which is extremely useful as an international business major. Studying abroad will not only be an amazing learning experience, but it will also be a great opportunity to travel. I plan to travel a lot when I am in Europe and experience as much of the world as I can. If you're interested in seeing all of the places I'll go, I have created a blog that I will try to post on regularly!

Studying abroad will be an amazing opportunity, however, it will also be incredibly expensive. In preparation for studying abroad I held two jobs over the summer and am working during the fall semster in order to help pay for the fees associated with studying abroad and some of the trips I hope to take. The cost of studying abroad is about 3 times more expensive than it is for me to study at the University of Tampa, so I would appreciate as much help as I can get!
