Ever since I was young it was a dream of mine to volunteer in Africa and I have finally found a program which interests me and what I am wanting to achieve. The program will go for 5 weeks and will consist of me volunteering 6 days a week from 8am to 6 pm. I will be working closely with animals that have been orphaned, abandoned, injured, born in captivity or brought up unsuccessfully as pets. My duties will consist of Handling the animals, preparing animals' food, cleaning out enclosures and promoting environmental education for the locals. It would be amazing to gain support to help fund my trip, my current goal is to save/raise $400 to put down my deposit for the trip.
