From Japanese bamboo playground into international exchange
My Travel Story
I'm Ruby Nguyen. Curently, I am working hardly as an officer for more than 4 years which help me can help my family life and raise myself as well. With our efforts, our life become better and more stable. Above of all, I can live and work with more happiness and less financial burden as I expected. Consequently, I decided to quit my current job and apply an international volunteer program. And as a result, I was accepted and start my very first trip in Japan in soon September.
During this program I will join renovating environment and bamboo forest damaged by tsunami in a small village; creating a bamboo playground for children there and participate in many other cultural activities such as pottery learning, local festival supporting... Especially, I graduated from language school so I have a huge passion of languages, so this is obviously an oppotunity to learn a new language - Japanese.
Through this program I expected to able to open my mind, change my attitude and grow up. Moreover, I can have more chance to help others happily with only small things I can give or time I will spend with them.
At this moment from my full and part time jobs, I saved an amount enough to but departure flight ticket and travel care for 3 months. YOUR donations (in ANY amount!) will help me alots to finish this journey succesfully and even start new one earlier in East West Asia after that.
