My Travel Story

by: Lea Kryvenchuk Start Date: Jun 15, 2016 - End Date: Mar 14, 2017
Hi there,

My name is Lea and I am a 19 year old college student going into junior year. I am studying Biology and Psychology in hopes of working in the feild of animal welfare.

My hopes for the summer of 2017 are to travel the world volunteering for conservations and rehabilitation facilities for animals through GoEco. The ones that I will be attending are as follows:

South African Wildlife Ranch (2 weeks)
Thailand Primate Sanctuary (1 week)
Thailand Elephant Village (1 week)
Sri Lanka Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation (2 weeks)
Australian Wildlife Conservation (2 weeks)

Activities I will be doing include feeding the animals, cleaning the premises, playing/interacting with the animals and helping in rescue missions. I really hope that I learn a lot from these animals and can continue to use this knowledge in my career endeavors.

Along with the cost of each volunteering post, I must also cover the cost of all of my flights. This is very expensive and being a college student, not very realistic. However, I have already saved up a lot of my own money and am looking for any other help I can get!

Please donate to help to fullfill my dream of traveling the world and helping animals of all kinds.

Thank you & God bless!

Lea
