We spend a lot of money to fight against HIV-infections and AIDS. But every year the most deaths in the world are caused by diarrhoea. And very often diarrhoea is caused by Cholera.
Its transmittal is provoked by dirty water, dirt, infected animals and food. 
In the poorest regions of the world we have a piled incidence. The Republic of Zimbabwe is one of these regions. Under the despotism of president Robert Mugabe the poverty raised and Cholera became epidemical with a graet raise in the last years. There is no interest by the government to help the people or to improve the situation. But the therapy of Chloera is really simple - only liquids, glucose and antibiotics.
My girlfriend (nurse) and I (medical doctor) and some friends of mine (also doctors) want to go to Zimbabwe from the end of october until short time before christmas to improve the situation with treating the people, building a small Cholera clinic and do some enlightenment.
