My Travel Story

Hello!
My name is Jeni, I am at this moment a Sophmore at Stockton University majoring in Literature with a concentration in Education. My goal in life is to be a Literature teacher, but also teach the English language in another country. Funny thing is I have never left the country, I have an empty passport! I am a first-generation student attending college and the first to do something this incredible, no one in my family has graduated from college or had a professional career. I am planning on leaving the Spring of 2021 to Barcelona, Spain because I do speak Spanish; I also have some Spanish heritage in me, so why not explore a little of my background and absorb the culture? I have always loved the idea of learning cultures and languages, at the moment I am studying Japanese and Italian. Once I start I cannot be stopped. Being able to go abroad is a dream of mine, it seems hard since it is a very expensive trip, but for the first time I feel something inside of me telling me "Si Se Puede".
