Travels...
       My name is Alyssa Sylvester,  I am freshman in college wanting to further my studies abroad. For many years, I've always wanted to leave the United States and see what else the world has to offer. Being so young, studying abroad is such an amazing opportunity. Hopefully from my travels, I want to discover who I truly am as a person and what I want to do for my profession. Being away from friends and family it will enable me to about the different aspects of life.
      Costa Rica caught my eye because of the different climate and the numerous things to explore daily. Here, I will indulge in a new culture, make new connections, and learn in a completely different part of the world. This new experience will get me out of my comfort zone and help me determine what strong skills I have. This will result in personal growth and to discover just how much I am capable of accomplishing. Also being in a different country with the primary language such as spanish, will be highly beneficial for any profession I enter. 
     This is extremely meaningful for me because traveling has been something i've always yearned to do. Experiencing something like no other and being able to get an education is amazing and would be an awesome opportunity. I am so greatful and appreciate all the contribution made in helping me experience my adventure in Costa Rica!
