French Voyage Project

There is a country in the middle of Western Europe.
Mother of Eurpean Civilization. Economical and cultural Great Power. The home of liberty, equality and fraternity. Although visitied by millions of tourists each year, still not deeply discovered and explored.

There is a young guy from Eastern Europe.
He's a visionary and he's got a meaningful dream. A dream about visiting his beloved Queen of Europe and sharing with people everything he will see and hear there.

But the question is who is that?
Well, it's me. I'm Serge. I come from Poland and since I remember my dream was to travel the world and share my passion to live with everyone I will ever meet. I got enough of boring way of living (school, then job, looking for a flat to rent and so on). My dream is to travel infinitely and share everything I will experience with people, so that I will get an opportunity to show them that if they believe strong enough, they will achieve their dreams.

Why is my trip meaningful?
I want to stand against all stereotypes that world is a dangerous place full of unkind and unfriendly people. I want to show that hitchhiking isn't a kind of nice suicide, as same as couchsurfing isn't. Then, on my experience, I want to show that Earth is actualyl a cool place to live on.

But that's not all.
As the trip has to be more meaningul I want to upload a base of free-to-use photos. I also want to promote French regions by YouTube videos and free .pdf guides about hidden diamonds of France . If possible, I will also create a gallery with the name of "Faces of France" and small documentary YouTube series about typical life of Frenchmen (those who are living in small villages and create wine, bread or other French products). Shortly - anything I will see, hear and experience I will share as free to use, read, see and so on, knowledge.

FundMyTravel asks me to answer why am I passionate about this project. So, why am I? Becaus one who risks, lives shortly, but one who doesn't risk, also doesn't live. I want to experience and share that making dreams come true, should always be priority number one ;)

What's the plan?
This Friday (16.02) I'm coming to Paris-Beauvais-Tille Airport. Then, by hitchhiking I'm going to Paris and spending 3 days couchsurfing. After doing so, I'm going to be volunteering in a place close to northern coast. When I'm done, my target is Provence. There are so many beautiful places that I can't even count all of them. From Marseille I'm heading to Annecy, then Genewa. In Swizterland I wish to walk Trift Bridge (one of the most scary touristic places in Europe). As I will have 13 days for Switzerland, I'm hoping to walk from Genewa to Liechtenstein on my own legs. From there, I'm going to Austrian Vienna and Hungarian Gyor. My last 2 targets are Slovakia and coming back to Polish Warsaw.

What after my trip?
I will have to prepare few liters of coffee, some fast internet and make some hard job to share everything I have collected. When I will do everything I've promised, I'm heading Albania, Turkey and Georgia.
