My Travel Story

Last summer I had the marvelous experience to travel with World Vets to Granada, Nicaragua. We were able to provide free veterinary services to impoverished areas and animals in need. Some of our patients had never before received veterinary care! This trip not only helped me gain more experience in veterinary medicine, but it helped reignite my passion to help those in need. The people I served in Nicaragua changed my life! I want to give back to communities in need. This summer I have the opportunity to travel with World Vets to Ecuador. I look forward to serving the fellow communities I will be working at and helping animals in need! On this trip I expect to grow, be challenged, and learn so much about myself. But I can’t do it alone!
