Hi everyone! My name is Stephanie Puchacz and my friend Jefferey Houston and I are embarking on a 2-week volunteer abroad trip to the Zambezi and Victoria Falls National Park in Zimbabwe on July 3rd 2017!

The 2-week program is a collaboration with wildlife organizations and the Zimbabwe Parks Authority and revolves around researching and protecting the vital ecosystems in the region.

Our work will include various research-based activities, while revolving around the photography of the incredible animals that inhabit the area. Not only will we take place in large predator research (lions, elephants, leapords, cheetahs, etc.), but also biodiversity assessments, national park management, conservation education, and releasing wild lion cubs back into the wild.

The program, hosted by the wonderful GoEco, is an incredible opportunity for Jeffery and I to travel and give back what we can to the beautiful world in which we live. The program itself is $1,950 for the 2-weeks and includes our food, lodging, and insurance. Unfortunately, it does not include our flight and other expenses.

Although I don't think anything could stop us from embarking on this amazing journey and opportunity -- we are reaching out for monetary (and verbal/moral) support from our lovely friends, families, and community.

This is, quite honestly, the experience of a lifetime and I couldn't imagine a better way to spend 2-weeks of my time.

Even if you only have $1 to help us towards reaching our goal of giving back to our world and these incredible creatures, please donate! A lifetime of love, happiness, and gratitude (as well as really awesome pictures and stories) will be returned to you by both myself and Jeffery.

If you'd like to see a more comprehensive overview of the program, please feel free to check it out here: http://www.goeco.org/area/volunteer-in-africa/zimbabwe/wildlife-photography-and-conservation-in-victoria-falls#full-details.

If you have any other questions for me, or Jeffery, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you ALL in advance for your love and support!
