This is a meaningful travel because I'm going to meet people with my same experiencies of other Partners Networks across the Americas. Partners of the Americas will offers to each of the participants the opportunity to share with youth people as me, their experiences in voluntary activities, the way they solve real-life problems in their countries and the development of the participants in the satisfaction of having self-love and increasing their networking. 

The event will offers a part to learn about the historic evolution of hemispheric partnerships, how they have adapted over time, and why they are more important now than ever. Also, we can discover Partners' role in creating a culture of impactful servant leadership to tackle our region's greatest challenges, from extreme poverty to unemployment and food security

For me, the event is going to help me strengthen the skills I have to continue working as a leader of the group I belong to. I can also, transmit the experience and what I will learn to all the members of the group and make better ideas and contributes both personal and social.
