My Travel Story

I am BEYOND thrilled to announce that THIS September- I will be embarking on my first, mostly-solo trip to Europe! Anyone who knows me would agree that I am a creative guy who thrives on making connections with anyone and everyone. Whether it be Music, Fiber Arts, Photography or Food- I am constantly chasing the opportunity to practice art in all mediums. For about two weeks, I will have the extreme honor of collaborating with other queer artists. We will be creating music, paintings and various other forms of visual arts in the worlds most prolific European Cities. My excitement is beyond words. Although this trip may seem like a vacation to most- to me it will be so much more. During this relatively short trip- I will feverishly  focus on learning and replenishing my artistic muses by intensively immersing myself in the incomprobable metropolitan energy that only a city as magical as London can harness. I will be visiting Jerez De La Frontera to relish in the beauty and mystique of Sherry country. As I continue to explore Spain- I look forward to exposing my body and soul to new rhythms and instruments while taking a master class in Spanish Music within the vibrant city of Barcelona. I will be eating tons and tons of pizza in Italy (Duh!) and I will find iconic relics like Michelangelos- David in the ancient city of Rome and wander the charming streets of Florence. Finally, I will finish my journey by indulging in the rhinestone-foreplay of the very sexy and glitzy burlesque scene in Paris where I hope to find inspiration to create new boylesque acts and simultaneously update my sense of aesthetic, fashion and architecture. It’s bound to be life changing trip and very important to me as I not only begin life as a fresh and hopeful 30 year old- but also as I comence recording my first Full length- Solo Album. I know the new sounds I bring back from my Eurotrip will be the crucial and exquisite finishing touches to
my album. I look forward to arriving back in the states with a new found eagerness to entertain and showcase all of the vibrant culture and magic I experience abroad through my music and the love of good story telling.
