My Travel Story

Last summer, I traveled with Rustic Pathways to the Dominican Republic for 16 days. Our group built 5 latrines, a house, and ran a kids camp. This trip was the best decision I've ever made, and it was a life-changing experience. The lessons I learned and the people I encountered will stay with me forever. This is the last year I can participate in a Rustic Pathways trip, so I am doing everything I can to attend! However, with college just around the corner, funds are tight. I'm hoping to get some help from loved ones and friends so I can experience another impactful trip and help out multiple impoverished communities in Fiji on this 60-hour intensive volunteer program.
