Hello! I'm Jason from Taiwan. For the past four years, I have been studying Public Health at National Taiwan University, and next year I will be studying for MSc in Imperial College London. Wish me luck with my IELTS and my journey at ICL!
  • Why Public Health and ICL?
To me, Public Health is vital to the entire society, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. Studying at a top tier institute like ICL will allow me to gain a global perspective, which I plan to use to contribute to better health solutions for my country.

  • My dream and reality
I really enjoy traveling. Although I have only been to Singapore, China, and Japan, I am thrilled to visit Europe for the first time! I’ve heard so many stories about the fascinating cities and culture there, and I’ve been keen to experience it all in person. So, I am planning to travel within the UK and Europe for sure whenever I get spare time during my studies.
Right now, despite that I am working full-time just to earn enough for my tuition fee, but it doesn't seem to be enough to cover my rent (which is insanely expensive in London), let alone travel. Basically, that's the reason I am here, hoping that one day I can fulfill my dream.

  • Education: It will help me complete my studies without financial stress, and I can live in a safer place in London.
  • Global vision: I will have opportunities to travel across multiple countries to broaden my horizons, which is one of my dream since childhood.

I’m always happy to make new friends! I'm starting to post my daily life on it, and after I start my student life in London, I will also share my UK journey on it.
