Hello Everyone,

My name is Kareem El-Shamy, I am currently studying Business Administration and Commerce strategy at Ain Shams University in Egypt. I am the man who believes that God created us for a specific purpose which is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it to make some difference that you have lived and lived well. Therefore, I am dedicated since day one to leave a change and worked hard for it.

It all started when I decided to apply to be a part of this magnificent event which is counted to be the largest Youth Summit not only in Morocco but also in the entire African continent. Which's objective is to cultivate passion as well as engagement Leadership and Entrepreneurship by providing young people with the opportunity to develop solutions for issues affecting our world today, interact with like-minded delegates, and network with established speakers and experts. It also aims at creating a fair and flexible platform of cooperation with its partners. Moreover, It aims to create a common space for intergenerational dialogue and knowledge sharing by exposing local, national, and global challenges through effective leadership training, which enable its participants to make wise and well-thought decisions about their career, and foster connections among courageous and passionate young change makers and competent leaders.

This opportunity will impact and enhance my education and my future career to its best, through the knowledge and the experience. Moreover, the aspects of leadership management involved on the event would make my participation includes the exercise of leadership skills set and the demonstration of how leadership can be not only a soft skill but a lifestyle, as well as encouraging innovative thinking and creativity.

I would like to mention that, participating in this opportunity is so meaningful because I would proudly participate in calling to raise awareness about the role of education and governmental institutions in inserting leadership, entrepreneurship, and citizenship values and in young Africans as it is the most powerful weapon which can be used not only to change Africa but the whole world.

Thank you for your worthy time reading this, I would like to leave this quote as an end of this endless topic.

"The goal of education is not to increase the amount of knowledge but to create the possibilities for a child to invent and discover, to create men who are capable of doing new things. -Jean Piaget
