At the root of our work as art therapists is the belief that self-expression is deeply healing. As two graduate students of Art Therapy who have experience working with a range of populations both in the U.S. and internationally, we sincerely believe that art therapy is for everyone. This Winter 2017, the two of us are traveling to India to provide art therapy services to communities in the south.

Our primary goal is to facilitate creative expression by supplying art materials and encouraging engagement in art making with communities in south India. Through this initiative, we are also aiming to raise awareness of the benefits of art therapy and to empower communities to continue expressing themselves through art long after we are gone. To achieve these goals we are working with our graduate program, resources in India, and humbly asking for any private donations.

Thank you so very much.

With love,
Ana & Iman
