In the case of airplane emergencies, the safety precautions emphasise the idea of putting the oxygen mask on yourself before assisting others. Applicable in all areas of life, we should help ourselves before we can help others.

Having recently completed the Gallup's Strengths Finder and realising my strengths of 'connectedness' and 'responsibility', it is no surprise my life commitment is revolved around taking care of the world.  With an eager passion for solving the world's pressing social issues through global development, I am in pursuit of my role to this commitment.

In June, I will be returning to India to lead and facilitate other young Australians to create positive, social impact by implementing after-school education pods for kdis in rural Bangalore. This one month program will then be extended to a solo, purpose-discovery adventure to Northern India and Bangladesh to seek the real issues faced.

To solve anything, the problem must firstly be understood.

Upon gaining a better grasp, I will relentlessly dedicate myself to cataylsing social impact, global empowerment and sustainability. 'How' is a mystery which lies in my travels.

Big aspirations for a small girl, but I believe the size of willpower, desire and determination goes beyond the measurable.

Thank you for your contribitions and support of my journey in serving the world. This just marks the beginning.
