Trash Free Seas
Ocean trash ranks as one of the most serious pollution problems of our time. Much more than an eyesore, trash in the water and on the shore affects the health of people, wildlife and economies. For example, trash in the water:
  1. injures swimmers and beachgoers;
  2. harms wildlife that eats it or get trapped in its mess;
  3. drives away tourists—and their wallets; and
  4. ensnares boat propellers, a costly navigation hazard.
Education and life should not be spoken of independently. My life long goal is being a researcher in oceanography and this experience willl enable me to make that juncture between the two. By living and experiencing the difference I can make to this regions coastal topology it will help to propagate my education in the direction i intend It will also serve as the basis of th thesis I wish to study in my post graduate career
