Anybody who knows me knows about my intense passion for travel.  Amongst the long list of places I wish to go, Thailand has always been one of my top destinations.  I was lucky enough to be made aware of The Bamboo Project and their volunteer trips, and could not picture myself not jumping at the chance to visit the beautiful country of Thailand and be up-close and personal with my favorite animal, the elephant.  This trip is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and it could really help me in figuring out what I want to do with my life and where I want to go post-graduation.  Any donation, no matter how small, will help me in my travel expenses, and it will all be incredibly appreciated!
