My Travel Story

My name is Nicholas Siebert and I am a Biology student. I have always had a dream of working in conservation doing conservation all over the world. CIEE's Conservation/ Tropical Ecology Program in Monteverde Costa Rica gives me the chance to learn more about conservation and even do research abroad. Costa Rica boasts some of the most diverse tropical rainforests and cloud forests on the planet. Studying abroad gives me a chance to learn about the magnificent species that live there and the conservation efforts that happen there. My goal is to work in conservation and teach everyone about the importance of conservation and biodiversity.
