I am a 15 year old girl from Colorado, USA. I am very interested in traveling to South Korea but unfortunately, my family does not possess the funds to be able to pay for my trip, as my father is disabled and cannot work.
I have been interested in South Korea and it's culture for years. The language, the music, the food, the people, - everything I learn about this country captures my attention and gets me excited to learn even more about it. 
I live in a small town in Colorado, in which many people are not very interested in leaving the comfort of home. I hope my experiences in South Korea will inspire others to become interested in traveling abroad, as well.  I also hope the experience will strengthen my love for South Korea, as well as give me academic opportunities. My school district prides itself on encouraging students to "elevate their education," and saying that the school district will take a student anywhere they want to go. Being someone who believes greatly in my school district, I do believe that my high school will take me where I'd like to go, and that place is South Korea. I do need help, however, and I sincerely hope FundMyTravel can give me the extra push I need to make it to South Korea.
