In 2014 I received scholarship with Business Sschool Netherlands (NUFFIC) to study MBA. This has assisted me in enhancing access and provisioning of resources for learners with autism throughout the Kwa-Zulu Natal province of South Africa and the city of Durban. This journey focused on exploring poor inclusive education policy implementation for learners with autism. More learners with autism are now admitted in both special and mainstream schools. Educators, therapsits, teacher aides, early childhood practitioners, parents and departmental officials have developed more confidence due to intensive trainings and support received. Now, its graduation time to execute implemenation plan that I came up with as a model in the Action Learning journy that assists in strenghthning Access to Quality Education for All.

I cannot describe my emotions right now. My itinerary is such that schools and some organisations will be visited in London, Edinburgh and Inverness. Establishing networks, building. Professional learning communities and sharing good practice is the cherry on top of my international graduation experience.
