My Travel Story

We are two friends who met while working at a summer camp in America. The camp we worked at was one of the Fresh Air Fund camps, the FAF provides a free place for the underserved youths of New York City to come and enjoy time in the outdoors. This experience was very rewarding for us both, working with children who are less priveledged than us and having fun with them; these are memories we will all cherish forever. To continue our passion of working with children we are both planning on becoming primary teachers. Our want to volunteer in Africa stemmed from our time over two summers in America with the children we cared for deeply. Our next chapter we hope will be a month in Tanzania, volunteering in childcare, here we will hopefully make a small impact on even a few lives as we are sure there will be an impact for us.
