Hello, my name is Quyen Duong. I was born in the central part of Vietnam, and immigrated to the US when I was 5 year old. I am currently 19 and want to go back to my root, and while researching and planning I learned that the central part of Vietnam is suffering. There were chemical that poluted the sea and rivers which cause many people dealth after consuming the seafoods. There is a flood right now in the central regions that cause people to live on their roof, with no foods or water to servive. I want to ask for some finiancial help.
