My Travel Story

Hello! I'm a student at Lund university, currently studying Human ecology, and with a huge interest in the environment, both for the flora and fauna, I really care about tending to nature. My plans for the future are to keep doing this type of work, where I help with saving the the plants and animals in this world. But to do this, to get to a point where I can properly be a part of it, I need experience. That is why I want to travel to Ecuador, and help out by taking care of the animals that have been rescued from illegal trading, mistreatment, disease and many other things. All for me to evolve, and learn more about this type of work, so I can take a bigger part of it in the future. We need people that do this type of work, as otherwise, the nature will eventually collapse. I am one of those people that care, and want to be engaged in preserving the life in this world, I want to help build a brighter future for humans, animals, and plants all alike. That is why I want to go to Ecuador, because it is necessary work, where I think I can learn a lot and be of great help to the animals that have been saved. Unfortunately there are many other places where such people are needed, but after careful reading, and careful choosing it is to the animalcenter in Puyo, Ecuador that I've chosen to go for my first volunteer work. So, that is why I ask of you, my fellow man, to help me in this endeavour. To help with saving the animals, and treating them. By helping me, you'll help the animals as well. I can't say enough about how much this would mean to me, and what this could lead to. All I can ask is, please help me with this. My plan is to stay for 4 weeks, with the cost of the program and the flight it'll cost around 20000 swedish crowns, or 2200 USD. However, my plan is to pay for at least half the price myself, or more depending on how much money I can save, if I can find a part-time job soon etc.

Sincerely, Robin
