Background Info
I will be traveling the world to rural places for the 2 to 3 years, starting May 09, 2017 in Colombia. My mission in life is to connect with humans on any level, but most importantly through the heart, and what I would also love is to garden, paint, clean, build houses, feed and care for children, help the eldery, and those who are sick, too. I want to be to capture the essence of those people and of the communities that connect with to share their stories and capture who they are on the inside; instead of eploting their lifestyle by declaring them as poor. Before being 'poor', you are human, and each human offers something special to the world and that is what should be showcased.

The Journey
My trip will begin in Colombia (starting May 9, 2017) and I expect it to span over 2-3 years, with the idea that I will be making trips back home in Los Angeles every year or so. I have a list of countries that I plan to visit, however, they are subject to change; order, time-line, and I may delete or add stops, depending on the situation.

What I Need Help With
-   More than anything, I need help with flights, accomodation, and transportation to make my mission of hopping to different countries and visiting lovely folks in rural towns, safely and possible.
-  Money for supporting organizations, communities, and families directly; whether it be to help buy materials, support clean water, clean waste, medical costs, etc.
-  Money to help keep my blog, youtube going; internet cafes, equipement, replace broken or stolen items, etc.

A Little Bit About Me
I was born in Long Beach, California from two immigrant parents that were born in rural El Salvador. My parents and my extended family had minimal education and they seperated in 1996. I lived my life with my mother in the states who struggled to make ends meet, yet we always shared beautiful moments in our lives that I will never forget. There was never a day were we didn't play music and dance! We spent a lot of time with my cousins all over Southern California and growing up with them enriched my life, since we all speak Spanish and love to live life to the fullest. My father on the other hand moved to Honduras to start another family and to this day live in a rural area at the border of El Salvador and Honduras. He has 5 children, the youngest one being one and the oldest one is 17. They spend every day working; fishing, butchering in their own home, farming, and cleaning. My sibilings from my Father's side do not go to school, as their duties are to work day and night. When I went to stay with them for the first time, I saw them individually for who they are on the inside and I made it my lifes mission to meet families like my Father's family to inspire people to cherish their unique qualities and not let their lifestyle bring them down. You can do whatever you want if the dream is true and big!
