Volunteer Trip

In Feburay 2017 I will be travelling with my school to Woe a rural fishing village two hours from Accra, the capital of Ghana. When I am in Woe I will be placed in a primary school working with young children aged 4-12. I will assist teachers with the planning and delivery of English and Maths lessons. I will also spend time running activities outside of school time. This trip is important to me becasue I will be helping younger people who are not as fortunate as myself and is the chance to experience a different culture and environment.
