My Travel Story

Hi, I'm Margot, 22 years old and I'm a medical student at Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) from Belgium. 
I've always wanted to travel the world, but with medicine, I can practice what I love AND see the world at the same time. To do so, I decided to go on a volunteering internship abroad (with Work The World) to Cambodia. 
Why Camboadia? Well, because the lifestyle, culture, quality of life is all very different from Europe, and this is something I really want to know more about. Doing an internship in developping countries will give a certain experience that will only help me become a better person and a better and more comprehensive doctor. I've never gotten the chance to travel outside of Europe before, so this is all very exciting to me. 
Since I'm a student, you can imagine that I don't have a lot of money. I work on the weekends sometimes, to save some money for, maybe one day, my own practice. Although I have some money saved up, I need some help to pay my trip to Cambodia. (The total price of the trip will be approxmimatively €3700) 
If you or anyone you know would be willing to helping me get this once-in-a-lifetime experience I would be incredibly grateful! I don't want money to be the reason I can't do this incredible internship abroad.
