My Travel Story

At first I am going to volunteer in South Africa with a project called WILD CAT KIMBERLY. Which is a project where they house animals that have been hurt, mistreated, or that need to be relocated and also animals that are not able to be relocated or released, will live their lives in peace on the farm. The farm is a home and a Sanctuary for big and small African cats, such as, Lions and African Wild Cats and also other animals as well that need it.
Their goal at the farm is to raise the big cats as wild as possible so they be released to the wild where they will be re-populating a diminishing population.

After my stay at the WILD CAT project I will start backpacking around in Africa and Asia.
During my trip I will learn about the different cultures in a way that a book can't teach you. I will visit local places and experience the reality as well as I will visit places with extra ordinary beautiful nature. During my trip I will push myself, find my own limits and become more self-conscious and independent. Everything that I am going to experience during my travel will help me to develop myself in a way that won't be possible if not.

The reason I chose these very different countries is because of the cultures. It’s so different from not only each other, but also so far away from the Danish culture. As well as I have ben expiring the Latin American culture when I lived there to study last year, I now want to experience the African and the Asian culture.

In the end when I have all that experience there will be so much more that I will be able to understand.
Because, to experience and learn about all these cultures will help me to get a bigger perspective to understand the world, and see everything from a different angle when studying next summer, as well in my career.

This travel will not only make an impact on my life but also my future education and career. After the trip I will come home as a much stronger and independent woman.

    Hey Family, friends, others! I’m here to ask for you to help me traveling some of the most beautiful countries in Africa and Asia.
    I have to say that I love to travel. To experience and learn about all the different cultures there is around the world, is something that I find really important as well something everyone should be able to.
    It makes you such a stronger person when you are able to know that everything is just not the same, and every one of us is different.
    last year (September 13th) I went to Costa Rica so I could learn Spanish. It was the best decision that I have ever made. I went to live with a local family to go to school at an international school, EF. During my stay I got to know so many people from so many different cultures, the locals, Backpackers from all over the world and Europeans.
    That trip did so much good for me, and I now want to do more things like that. I’m now going to follow my dream and asking you to help me so I can go on my next adventure.
