My Travel Story

Being given the opportunity to study biodiversity and conservation in Costa Rica would be a life changing experience! I'm passionate about the planet, wildlife, and stepping out of my comfort zone and this would be a great way to combine those things. Along with a group of other high school students, I will be participating in a program in which we will get up close and personal with rare and endangered species in a range of exotic ecosystems. From exploring rare mangrove forests to spotting dolphins and whales on this amazing island, in these three weeks I could learn so much to take home to share with others, and grow as a person and a learner.
