My Travel Story

I have been offered a placment with SLV Global to travel to Mysore, India on an Ancient & Cultural Psychology placment. Whist there I will be working in one of the top 5 Psychiatric facilities in the world, as well as learning alternative therapies such as mindfulness. As a final year university student studying for a degree in Psychology, this is a fantasic oppertunity for myself, particially as I wish to persure a career in the field of mental health, something which I am very passionate about. This is a once in a lifetime oppertunity, a trip that will kickstart my career and make me stand out from the crowd when job hunting. I will gain knowledge and skills that will be priceless to my career, whilst giving me a chance to tick India of my bucket list of countries to travel to. This trip will be an incredible, once in a lifetime experience.
