Working for communities in Nicaragua & learning life skills
My Travel Story
I hope to travel with my school and 19 other pupils to Nicaragua next year when we will be 16 years old.
The trip is being organised by World challenge and involves caring out voluntary work within the local community and helping young adults become more aware of the way others live in the world.
The trip also embarks on a trek up 5 volcanoes in 4 days.
My understanding is that we will be put in charge of everything from the budget to Transport, Food and accommodation. Since learning about this up and coming trip I strongly believe that I could learn some very valuable life skills and help others in some way during and after the experience.
My Dad has always taught me to look around and see if there is something I can do for someone else.
The reason I am asking for funding in this way is because the cost of the trip is high and out of reach for my parents in a short timescale.
Thank you for taking the time to read my page.
