This project is about marine conservation, something that I have been passionate about since watching the Little Mermaid when I was 5. I will be working closely with injured sea turtles and abandoned hatchling and caring for them until they are well enough to care for themselves. I will also be doing light construction work as well as teaching school children English and about conservation. Part of my work will be beach cleanup and creating protected sea turtle areas at the beach.

I am currently finishing off my Bsc in Environmental Science and Zoology and I am extremely passionate about environmental and wildlife conservation which is why this project spoke to me. I believe that humans have a moral and ethical obligation to help the environment and its inhabitants and this project will be my starting point.
