Elle's Kenyan teaching adventure.
My Travel Story
I have signed up to travel to Kenya for 2 weeks with the charity African Adventures and have committed to funding £2,190 in aid of travelling to the country, teaching and taking out resources. Education is the key to accessing the wider world around us, and is completely invaluable in any child's life. We will be taking new and exciting ways of teaching with us to make learning fun and enjoyable. Additionally, we are taking out much needed teaching resources, giving children the opportunity to learn and the teachers to teach beyond our stay with them. The trip will provide a unique experience for all, from new resources and ways of learning to insight into education and teaching in another country. For me personally, it is a once in a life time trip to do a job I love and explore a new country.
The more the importance of education and shared practice is talked about, the greater impact it has on the world! Please share with as many of your friends and family as you wish.
Some of the money I have committed to raising will also contribute towards African Adventures other amazing projects throughout Africa. More information can be found here: https://www.african-adventures.co.uk/.
Any donation is gratefully received. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot to me!
