My Travel Story
In order to graduate on time with my Spanish degree, it is necessary for me to study abroad in Salamanca, Spain, this summer! I am so excited for this opportunity. I will be spending a month in Salamanca living with a host family. The classes I will attend will take place in The University of Salamanca, founded in 1218. It is a beautiful city filled with history. I'll be taking classes both with my professor for NMU and instructors from the University of Salamanca.
This opportunity is invaluable. I will be gaining to fluency that I need through total immersion in Spanish language and culture. It will give me a chance to use my 8 years of Spanish education and put it to the test.
The total cost of this trip is estimated to be about $6,500. I am hoping to raise the program fee, which is about $2000.
