Hi all!
We are a group of 4 friends, Mario from Portugal, Bartozs and Agnieszka from Poland and Daniel from Sweden.
We are participating on this year Sarah Desert Chalenge, a 4x4 adventure that will cross Morocos, Mauritania, Senegal to reach Guinea-Bissau with the aim to carry and donate school supplies, hospital supplies and small hospital support equipment.

As so we will be driving a 1994 Vitara Suzuki that have been prepared for the past 2 and half years to do this trip. Its a 11.000km trip in 22 days. And we searching for economic support for fuel and expenses.
As you can imagine this doesnt come at a cheap price and almost 7000e have been spent on the car preparation and we have a planed budget of around another 7000e for fuel, food, acomodation, visas, vacines, and expenses for the trip.
So any help will be awessome!! :-)
We gonna carry as much as we can and ofcourse have the most fun we can and intereaction with local people and culture.

With your support we will be able to make this dream come true and if you support us we will put a sticker with your logo on our 4x4 or take a picture with your name on or any other request you may have and that we can satisfy!

The Sahara Desert Challenge promotes in its edition 2017 "Solidarity Mission SDC - Guinea-Bissau", an initiative of humanitarian aid to populations of various disadvantaged inland villages of Guinea-Bissau.

Guinea-Bissau is a country with high poverty rates a quarter of its population living below the poverty line, with an average yield of only one euro per day. In some of the inland villages, the reality is poverty, translated into a difficult everyday that leaves little room for key issues such as education or health.

This mission will allow participants to contribute through donation of materials by members of their own teams, companies or individuals, to improve education and health conditions in Guinea-Bissau inland villages. The mission will include the collection, transport and delivery of basic school supplies, hospital supplies and small hospital support equipment.

The material will go to organizations not local Government and direct delivery in schools and hospitals. The humanitarian nature of the mission aims to contribute to bringing the great travelers of the people of Guinea-Bissau, strengthening bonds of solidarity that will not be broken, because however small the help will always be a positive contribution and that can change someone's life.
