Travelling to Italy
My Travel Story
My name is Mia and I come from Croatia, I study italian and the whole purpose of my trip to Italy is to get to know the culture better and to study the language itself from getting to know the locals. This would benefit my studying progress and I believe that it would bring me closer to the heart of the country as well as it's culture and the people.My wish is to work as an interpreter or a translator and I would love nothing more if I got the chance to hear all kinds of dialects in Italy since there is a lot of them and I find them very interesting. Also, understanding the dialects will help me to interpret and translate the italian language more successfully. I would also love to volunteer and help out where help is needed, I have done some volunteering work here in Croatia and it was one of the best experiences in my life so I would love to do that in other countries as well, Italy being on the top of my list. I am also planning on spendind a year studying abroad next year but first I'd like to go and see my options and get a little bit more comfortable with Italy before I decide to live there for a whole year or maybe even more. I would love nothing more than to be able to visit this magnificent country again (I was in Italy once in Venice as you can see on the pictures) as it would bring great joy and would also help me with my studying and my future career.
