My Travel Story

Hi, my name's Grace and it's been my dream to become an author. 

I have never left Australia- and until quite recently I had never left the state of New South Wales. My aim is to do a 'working holiday' in the UK, gaining invaluable life experience living abroad and researching the rich and fascinating history of these countries as inspiration for a novel.

Growing up novels were my escape. Suffering through depression and social anxiety, books saved my life. The ability to disappear from my world even for a second- helped me immensely.

Now, with a passion for the written word, it's been my dream to be able to hopefully help others they way my favourite authors helped me.

I will be able to fund the majority of my trip myself, however any assistance I can get to help cover the air fares and agency fees would be amazing.
